What the what, it's time for the usually-annual visit to Chicago for the mistimed Solstice party at the Urbinas!

It's pretty sweet having a wicked rich family practically adopt you. Imma fly first class.

The worst thing about first class is that they ply you with warm salted nuts, like, constantly. I don't want to eat your nuts, first class! I just want my flight to be over! Eating your nuts means getting thirsty means drinking your complimentary fizzy beverages means peeing in an airplane. ::shudder::

No but for reezy (must stop saying things like for reezy) flying first class is nice because you have food, generally, that doesnt suck all that much, generally, and you get to board first and leave first, and you get the fast line at security. But if you're like me and you're small enough to comfortably fit in economy seats and you don't actually get hungry on the plane and would rather just be stationary until it's *over* with, it's not that super duper fabulous. Now, first class on international flights is an entirely different matter. That shit's like the difference between sleeping in a cardboard box in DC vs a slumber party in the Lincoln Bedroom. But for flights within the US, first class is not worth the price difference, in my mind.

uuugh i have to leave at 9am tomorrow and i have SO MUCH left to do i have to pack and finish laundry and clean the living room and tidy the kitchen and clean my bathroom and do some paperwork things and figure out about flight info and finish wrapping presents and I DONT WANNA I DONT WANNA I DONT WANNA I don't want to do any of that I just want to lie on my couch and fall asleep watching old episodes of iron chef aaaaaargh

Stupid cat, making me get a stupid pet sitter so i can't leave the apartment a total mess when I go on a trip grrrrrrrrrrrr

 One day, Letsogokomets and I teamed up to fight against evil, blood-sucking, puppy-kicking bananas. We both had our hamster-rocket launchers and we knew what we had to do....WE MUST FIGHT!!

Sorry about the lameness. My sugar doesn't work well when I eat a lot of brain...a mean the other way around! XD

   I have more pictures to share with you guys. Now that I don't have class until January 25th (I think), I will have more time to draw stuff.

So _kiden made an awesome drawing that I colored. She posted it over on 5_4_3_2 here but didn't put up the full-szed picture. It's pretty huge and I'm really pretty proud of it, because almost all of the textures are hand-made, and not my usual careful cobbling and collaging of photographs.
